The turmoil faced by the games industry continues and the impact it has had on studio quality teams is impossible to ignore. We don’t need to remind you of the sheer numbers affected globally by game cancellations, studio shut-downs and mass lay-offs.
At our recent Leaders Summit, the discussions of QA’s senior leaders around improving education, ongoing professional training and continual skills development confirmed for us that we need to support everyone in a game quality career, no matter their current circumstances.
In recognition, GameQuality.org is making 100 annual memberships available to those game quality professionals who are currently out of work. This will provide those who need it with a continued link to the important discussions at Qualicon and the further learning and peer networking we offer throughout the year.
