What Is It?

Designed exclusively for the games industry, this bespoke six-part leadership development program blends practical learning, peer networking and direct engagement with senior industry leaders.

Unlike internal training, this cross-studio program creates an unparalleled opportunity to raise the leadership bar across our profession – developing a strong, connected network of quality leaders and an alumni community for the future.

Who It’s For

This program is tailored for managers of Quality teams who want to strengthen their leadership impact.

Each cohort is limited to 16 participants to ensure depth, meaningful collaboration and personalized feedback.

How It Works

Delivered live via Zoom, the program comprises six interactive modules (three hours each) complemented by optional group coaching.

Led by Laura Thomson-Staveley, each module is also framed by a current senior industry leader who shares lessons learned, unique perspectives and answers your questions.
