Three full days of summit, facilitated for the third year running by Laura Thomson Staveley (who also runs our Leadership Development Program) and Chelsea Curran Adams.
Breakfast, hot buffet lunch and teas/coffees are provided on all days. In addition we’ll host an evening meal for attendees on Days 1 and 2 (one onsite and one in a fantastic local restaurant) and a closing reception with food and drinks on Day 3.
The only additional cost for you will be your travel and accommodation – we have a hotel room block available at our venue, Hotel William Gray, for c. USD $249 per night.
We believe in intimacy – smaller groups mean deeper conversations, increased trust and stronger network connections.
Of course, your attendance in the sessions is important to ensure your voice helps drive the outcomes. In order to maintain a ‘safe space’ for sharing and collaboration, none of the sessions will be recorded. However, session notes and outcomes will be captured, synthesized and shared with all attendees after the Summit.
Yes, of course! The summit is a great place for leadership teams to develop together.
To give attendees the most relevant peer group to work with, there will be two tracks on day 1 of the Summit. Primary Leaders are those with 10+ years of experience and should be leading Quality departments (i.e managing managers). Our Ascending Leaders are ambitious with 3+ years of management experience.
There is no sponsorship of the Leaders Summit. Select vendor partners are invited to attend as long as they meet the criteria of Leadership in the quality craft and are committed to sharing their experience and driving towards a bright future for the discipline. This is not the place for sales pitches and there is no event sponsorship or sponsored content.
The Summit doesn’t have speakers or sponsors – it is a room full of senior and emerging QA leaders, facilitated to draw out the most important topics facing the industry today.
Select vendors are invited to attend, paying the same rates as all other attendees, but only those involved in leading QA teams – we have strict ‘No Sales’ policy.
Business casual – come comfortable, ready to fully engage.
