Qualicon is the flagship event brought to you by the GameQuality.org team.
This two-day annual conference serves as a hub for collaboration, sharing best practices,
identifying challenges, celebrating success, and shaping the future of Game Quality. Our rich program is designed and delivered
by Game Quality professionals, for Game Quality professionals.

Qualicon 2026 will feature multi-studio speakers and panels, topical lounges for focussed discussion, and opportunities for audience collaboration and engagement with Game Quality colleagues from across the industry.

The Qualicon Content Committee are looking for speakers to deliver sessions on the topics listed below. Example titles have been given for each topic to give an idea of where your talk might focus but please do not feel restricted by these.  

We are looking for submissions that are clearly focussed on topic and level with real life examples and clear learnings for our audience.  

Note that multiple talks will be selected for each topic to ensure a range of content that caters for Qualicon attendees: 

Foundation – Relevant content for all attendees  
Intermediate – Building on foundational concepts  
Advanced – Best suited for those with prior knowledge

Selection process

The Qualicon Content Committee will review all submissions following the January deadline. 
Speakers will be notified of their status in February 2026.  
 
Successful speakers will be invited to attend a speaker onboarding session on zoom where they will meet the event team and members of the content committee. The session will cover deadlines, presentation guidelines and mentoring opportunities.
