Very informative but definitely harder for those of us that don’t already have Game QA experience to follow along. A lot of the definitions in the glossary wouldn’t match up with the way the words would be used so it took some extra work/studying to know what exactly was being talked about sometimes (primarily with answering questions). I found several typos, which is no big deal but made me chuckle a little being a QA course. If you are already in Game QA, this is an amazing course for brushing up on stuff and padding your resume though! I am glad I took it!

This course is by far the most comprehensive and the most useful of its kind (from my experience). I believe there is no better primer to game quality assurance outside of proprietary company onboarding procedures. Like many professional certifications, it will ultimately be judged by whether differential results in hiring and job effectiveness, which I cannot speak to. However, I hope that it does bear fruit for both recipients and employers because it tracks much closer to what is helpful to learn going into Games QA.
